At Memory Frames, every item is carefully handmade and inspected before being shipped. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your Memory Frame arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly assembled, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will:
Replace the item at no additional cost to you; or
Provide a full refund to your original method of payment.
If we request that the item be returned, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
Return instructions will be provided once your claim has been approved.
While we take every precaution to package our products securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
